What is this all about?


Nothing, something and whatever.

I want to provide my views on barbell training and fitness. The goal here is to challenge conventional wisdom, and the ridiculous training and diet methods that so called experts preach to the hopeless masses willing to do anything and everything to become healthy .... except actually work for it.

I want men, women, boys and girls to lift brutally heavy weights with the intensity of a Grizzly bear defending its cub, eat real foods and become the strong, proud animal that they are meant to be.

Look for a post or two a week covering topics such as old school and current strength athletes, paleo eating, conventional training methods, and whatever else I want to talk about.
